Holiday Shipping Info

The online shop will remain open throughout the holiday period although orders may take longer to process than usual between December 24th-27th.

Although there are no postal strikes here in the Isle of Man, the Royal Mail CWU strike action in the UK is causing lengthy delays across the entire postal network and unfortunately I cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas 2022.

PLEASE be aware of this before placing your order. Please do not think that just because you’re in the UK that your order will magically reach you in time. It might, but I honestly don’t know because of how backed up the network currently is and how many more strike days are still scheduled for December.

However, if you are on the Isle of Man then yes, you will still receive your order in time as we have no delays here within our own Isle of Man Postal service.

For EU and International customers, apologies but please also be prepared for delays due to the current processing backlog at Royal Mail.

I do also sell digital gift vouchers so these are an option if you’re looking to gift someone some Candy Doll Club goodies but are worried about receiving the items in time for Christmas.

Please go easy on UK small businesses this holiday season, we are all doing what we can to ensure that orders are sent out promptly but once they enter the Royal Mail network (or on strike days, once they get left in a bag/trolley outside an already overflowing postal depot) there is nothing we can do to know where your parcel is or how long it will take to reach you.

Obviously i'm saddened by the delays my customers face but I am also still fully in support of the CWU strike action and stand in solidarity with the Royal Mail staff. I understand if you are annoyed or upset about not receiving something in time for Christmas but at the end of the day, it's just another day...

We're all in this together, some of us as both sellers and consumers, so these delays are affecting everyone and please try to be patient.
